前半程是马拉松，后半程完全就是越野，赛道很虐。穿越野鞋，比较合适。这赛事规模很小，主办方也不怎么上心，不过涂茨这个地方还是 很不错的，风景优美，去当休闲游不错。

Nice view... very tough course, and to some extent, a bit dangerous... Half running, half mountaineering... very friendly volunteers... the seafood launch after this event was quite fresh, tasty and enjoyable...
